Palm Springs, I love you...

So, I finally made it to Palm Spring! I am so excited! The weather is just perfect and I have to confess I am rather enjoying a few days off. I am not taking a break from blogging, ok maybe a little bit.... But I will be back on Monday and I promise I will blog my heart out:)

Sunset on Santa Monica...

I got this dress a little while ago, mainly because I really like the print and fabric, but didn’t wear it until recently because I could never get it to fit me right. So, after some tailoring, I think it finally looks the way I intended. Originally the skirt was much longer, roughly just below my knee and a hybrid between an a-line and fitted shape. It just looked way to bulky and disheveled, I thought about making it a little more fitted but the non-stench silk made it impossible to walk in, so finally I settled on a shorter bubble hem. What do you guys think?

My best friend got these shoes for me last week, I simply adore perforated leather, and of course you know how much I love high heels!!!! Thank you so much, darling for always thinking of me… You are truly the sweetest and kindest person I knowJ
